Joe originally hired me and gave me my first job in human resources in Maryland. He was a man of great integrity and I learned much from him. He was also instrumental in advancing my career. He promoted me to Assistant Chief of Classiifcation which eventually led me to succeed him as Chief of Classification at the Md. Department of Transportation. I will never forget him. He will be missed.
